I'm not a fan of any particular diet program, but each year I like to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into my daily meals. Whether it’s a smoothie for breakfast or the occasional meatless Monday dinner, the goal is to always be cognizant of just how many whole foods I’m eating each day. Also, twice a year my local church does a collective fast which really helps me to reset and recharge my mind, body and soul.
