This Strawberry Peach Smoothie recipe is creamy, delicious and loaded with flavor! Strawberries and peaches are a delicious combination for smoothies, then paired with yogurt and just a few other ingredients and you have a super amazing smoothie recipe that’s perfect for any season and anytime of the day!
For your fruit options, you can use fresh or frozen fruit. This time I chose to use fresh strawberries since they are in season right now and frozen peaches to help keep the smoothie creamy and cold. But if you are making this in the fall or winter season then all frozen fruit works perfectly as well.

Ingredients For Strawberry Peach Smoothie
The ingredients to make this delicious smoothie are really simple:
Strawberries - Fresh or frozen strawberries will work. If using fresh, I suggest washing them really well then slicing them in half.
Peaches - I used frozen peaches to help give it a thicker consistency and to keep the smoothie nice and cold without having to use ice.
Banana - I like using frozen bananas in my smoothies as it gives the smoothie a thick, creamy consistency. Just peel your banana ahead of time, cut it in half or thirds and lay it in a single layer on a plate. Freeze in your freezer for about 3 hours. Then transfer the frozen banana from the plate to a freezer safe bag or air-tight container. Fresh bananas work perfectly as well.
Greek or Dairy-Free yogurt: The yogurt in this recipe enhances the smoothie texture and flavor. Use your favorite vanilla greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt. I am using the dairy-free vanilla version from Yoplait Oui. It tastes delicious in this smoothie recipe.
Almond milk - Almond milk goes perfectly with this smoothie but feel free to use any plant based milk or regular whole milk as well. I also prefer using the vanilla flavored almond milk in my smoothies.
Orange juice - I like to think of this as the secret ingredient. Just a splash of orange juice goes a long way and helps give the smoothie a sweet tangy flavor. You don't need to add any additional sweeteners when you include the orange juice.
Tips For Making A Great Smoothie
Use frozen fruit instead of ice. Frozen fruit gives you the perfect smoothie texture without having to use ice. Ice can sometimes water down your smoothie. So whenever you have the opportunity, always opt for frozen fruit.
Add your liquid first. Always add your liquid first to the blender when making a smoothie. This not only protects the blades in your blender but it also helps the ingredients to blend easier.
Blender Options For Smoothies
I definitely suggest investing in a good blender. Two blenders that I have used and loved are the Ninja blender and the Vitamix blender. I used the Ninja blender for 4 years before getting the Vitamix blender. Both are high powered and work really well. But any good blender will do!
