So excited to share this super easy Peach Smoothie recipe using only 3 ingredients! This peach smoothie is not only light and refreshing but it takes hardly no time to make. It’s perfect to help you cool down on a hot day, after a workout or whenever you are just looking for something tropical and cool to drink!

Tips For Making A Great Smoothie

  • Wash your fruit really well. Make sure to wash your fruit and produce really well before adding to your blender, especially if you plan to leave the skin on your fruit. Most of the time I buy organic fruit, leave the skin on my peaches and apples and just wash them well before using them in my smoothies.
  • Use frozen fruit for your smoothies. Frozen fruit gives you the perfect smoothie texture without having to use ice. Ice can sometimes water down your smoothie. This recipe calls for fresh peaches, however I do use a frozen banana to thicken the smoothie.
  • Sweeteners. Try to stay away from adding regular sugar to your smoothie. Use natural sweeteners instead like honey, maple syrup or dates.

Smoothie Variations

Feel free to add in one of these to your smoothie for extra protein or nutrients!

  • Vanilla or regular protein powder
  • Ground flaxseeds
  • Chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches* washed & pit removed
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup almond milk**
  • ½ teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Add the peaches, frozen banana, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend together until smooth. Add up to ¼ cup more almond milk if needed. Enjoy!
  • This makes enough for 1 serving but feel free to double the recipe for more.

Notes

*If you don't have fresh peaches or they are not in season feel free to use frozen peaches.
**I used sweetened vanilla almond milk. Add a little bit of honey if you’re using unsweetened almond milk.
