So excited to share this super easy Peach Smoothie recipe using only 3 ingredients! This peach smoothie is not only light and refreshing but it takes hardly no time to make. It’s perfect to help you cool down on a hot day, after a workout or whenever you are just looking for something tropical and cool to drink!

Tips For Making A Great Smoothie
- Wash your fruit really well. Make sure to wash your fruit and produce really well before adding to your blender, especially if you plan to leave the skin on your fruit. Most of the time I buy organic fruit, leave the skin on my peaches and apples and just wash them well before using them in my smoothies.
- Use frozen fruit for your smoothies. Frozen fruit gives you the perfect smoothie texture without having to use ice. Ice can sometimes water down your smoothie. This recipe calls for fresh peaches, however I do use a frozen banana to thicken the smoothie.
- Sweeteners. Try to stay away from adding regular sugar to your smoothie. Use natural sweeteners instead like honey, maple syrup or dates.
Smoothie Variations
Feel free to add in one of these to your smoothie for extra protein or nutrients!
- Vanilla or regular protein powder
