This 5 Ingredient Strawberry Salad is the perfect simple & delicious side dish to make for lunch or dinner. It tastes amazing in the Spring and Summer months when fresh strawberries are in season. It also includes sweet & juicy mandarin oranges, heart-healthy walnuts and a fruity & tangy raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
A simple salad that only includes 5 ingredients that you can make anytime is always a win in my book!
RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
The Raspberry Vinaigrette helps bring this salad together. This creamy raspberry vinaigrette dressing is what I use on my salad. It's easy to make and is a lot healthier than store bought versions. But feel free to use your favorite store version if you prefer.
EXTRA TOPPINGS
If you’re in the mood for even more goodness you can add some dried cranberries, feta or goat cheese or even some grilled chicken would be delicious!

5 Ingredient Strawberry Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed greens*
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries washed & sliced
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges* drained
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup Homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette or store-bought
Instructions
- Add the mixed greens to a large bowl.
- Wash and slice the strawberries. Drain the mandarin oranges. Add the strawberries and oranges on top of the mixed greens. Add the chopped walnuts to the bowl.
- Finally drizzle the raspberry vinaigrette on top of the salad. If you are making this salad in advance, save the vinaigrette dressing for when you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
Notes
- I used a 50/50 baby spinach & spring lettuce mix.
- I prefer the pre-peeled canned or jarred mandarin oranges.
- Feel free to add dried cranberries, feta, goat cheese or grilled chicken if you want to make it a meal.
