Add the mixed greens to a large serving bowl or divide onto individual salad plates.
Add the strawberries and drained mandarin oranges on top of the mixed greens. Now sprinkle the chopped walnuts on the salad.
Drizzle the raspberry vinaigrette on top of the salad bowl or over the individual plates. If you are making this salad in advance, save the vinaigrette dressing for when you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
Notes
I like using a mix of greens for this salad. Look for ones that say 50/50 or half & half which includes a mix of baby spinach and spring mix lettuce.
For the best taste, use canned or jarred mandarin oranges that have already been pre-peeled and sectioned. Be sure to drain the juice.
Use homemade or store-bought raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
