2cupscheddar jack cheese or mexican blend cheeseshredded
2 ½cupsmild picante sauce or enchilada sauce
8flour tortillas
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
In a large skillet on medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and cook the ground turkey until cooked through and fully brown. Add taco seasoning with water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add seasoned ground turkey to a large bowl along with pork and beans and ⅓ cup of the shredded cheese. Mix everything together until well combined.
In a 9x13 oven-safe baking dish spread ½ cup of the picante sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Next prepare the flour tortillas by adding 3 tablespoons of the ground turkey mixture to the center of each tortilla. Roll the tortillas up tightly and place each one in the baking dish on top of the sauce, seam side down. Pour remaining sauce on top of the tortillas. Then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and edges of the tortillas are slightly brown. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
Notes
