A simple Mango Smoothie recipe that's creamy, delicious and only uses 4 ingredients! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or an after dinner treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • cup vanilla yogurt (greek or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or hemp seeds, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Notes

I use the non-dairy vanilla flavored Oui yogurt made by Yoplait. It tastes great in this smoothie.
Feel free to top with some shredded coconut for a little extra flair!
