Start by prepping the sauce. In a small bowl combine the sweet red chili sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and grated ginger. Mix together well and set the bowl to the side.
Slice the green onions and separate the white and light green ends from the dark green ends. Mince the garlic cloves.
Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, crumble, and cook until the turkey is cooked through and fully brown.
Now add the minced garlic, the sliced white and light green onion (about 3 tablespoons) and the frozen green beans. Stir to mix with the ground turkey and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the green beans have thawed.* If your skillet gets too dry add a splash of water, about 1-2 tablespoons.
Give the stir-fry sauce another stir, then pour the sauce over the turkey and green beans. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes over medium-low heat. Serve hot with rice and the remaining sliced green onions.
Notes
If you have a steamable bag of frozen green beans, you can steam them first in the microwave before adding them to the skillet to save time!
