Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Add them to a colander and give them a quick rinse. Then dry the florets well with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
Add the broccoli florets to a large bowl. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the broccoli. Combine the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Then sprinkle the seasoning mix over the broccoli. Carefully toss the broccoli with your hands or a rubber spatula until the broccoli is evenly coated with the oil and spices.
Spread the broccoli out onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer or leave the parchment paper off if you want your broccoli to be a little more crispy around the edges. Bake for 16-18 minutes until the broccoli is crisp-tender and lightly browned around the edges. Enjoy!
Notes
Most lemon pepper seasonings include a good amount of salt. So I like to only add a tiny bit extra to help flavor the broccoli. Feel free to adjust the amount of salt based on the brand of lemon pepper seasoning that you use.
