In a large pot of salted boiling water, add your pasta and cook according to box instructions. If you have a 1lb (16 oz) box of pasta only use half or 8 oz. of the box and save the rest.
In a large skillet on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of the sun-dried tomato oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Saute the sun-dried tomatoes 1-2 minutes then add the minced garlic and saute an additional 30 seconds.
Next add the chicken broth, heavy cream and seasoning. Stir well, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes. Now add the fresh grated parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Allow the sauce to simmer for an additional minute.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Carefully mix well with the sun-dried tomato sauce.
Now just serve in a bowl with some extra parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a little crushed red peppers *optional* and enjoy!

Feel free to add extra ingredients like spinach, mushrooms or sauteed chicken breasts.
