In your blender, blend almond milk, spinach and ground flax seeds first until you reach a juice-like consistency.
Next, add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and honey if you’d like.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Notes
*You can also use unsweetened almond milk. I just prefer sweetened.**If using fresh fruit, be sure to use less milk and add a little ice to thicken your smoothie. Keep in mind ice will water down the smoothie a bit. So I would recommend using frozen fruit.
