Mixed Berry Jam

This easy Mixed Berry Jam is perfect to make all year long and only requires a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice and salt to a medium saucepan. Stir and begin to cook the berries on medium heat.
  • Bring the berries to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Berries will begin to break down producing a lot of liquid. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, making sure berries do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
  • Once jam has thickened, remove from heat and transfer to a mason jar or glass container to cool. Once the jam has cooled, add a tight lid and place in the fridge. Enjoy for up to 3 weeks!
