Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

A creamy, tangy, balsamic vinaigrette dressing that's simple to make and only requires a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, food processor, measuring cup or mason jar with a tight lid.
  • Blend, mix or shake until dressing is well combined. If using a blender you can also slowly stream the olive oil into the blender while the blender is running on low until it's fully incorporated.

Notes

Refrigerate any leftover dressing in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
