This simple Avocado Pineapple Smoothie is creamy, delicious and easy to make with only a few ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in the order listed to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe yields 2 servings. If you have a smaller blender just cut the recipe in half for a single serving size.
