Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

This thick and creamy Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl is super refreshing and easy to customize.

- 1 ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup almond milk I like vanilla flavored, add more as needed
- ½ tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together. You may have to stop every 15-20 seconds to scrape down the sides.
Add a little more milk at a time if needed.
Pour or spoon thick smoothie into a bowl.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! I used sliced fresh strawberries, sliced banana, my favorite granola and some chia seeds.
