Blood Orange Mixed Berry Smoothie

A delicious blood orange mixed berry smoothie that's packed with lots of nutrients and the perfect way to start your mornings!

2 Blood Oranges peeled & seeds removed ½ cup water 1 cup spinach 1 ½ cup frozen mixed berries 1 frozen banana 1 teaspoon honey optional 2 teaspoon ground flaxseeds optional
Add all ingredients in the order listed to your blender. You can juice your blood oranges if you prefer. But I often find it easier to just peel them, remove any seeds, then add the orange segments to my blender.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
