How To Peel Peaches

Ingredients

  • Peaches
  • Very Cold Water or Ice Water

Instructions

  1. Remove any stickers that may be on the peaches and give them a quick wash. Next, using a sharp knife score the bottom of the peach with 2 lines, similar to an x. See the picture above.

Notes

Make sure to be extremely careful when adding the peaches and removing them from the pot of boiling water as it will be extremely hot.
